Refund policy

At KTD Collective, each item is thoughtfully handmade and/or personalized just for you.

Personalized items, custom orders, and preorder items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an error with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at katie@ktdcollective.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaing.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
