Products

Many of our products are handmade, made to order, or personalized. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, placement, and fabric may occur. These variations are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects.

Pricing & Availability

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, product availability, suspected fraud, or inaccuracies in order information.

Preorders

Preorder items are charged at the time of purchase. Estimated ship dates are provided on each product page but are subject to change due to supplier availability or production timelines. If significant delays occur, we will communicate updates via email.

Personalized & Custom Orders

Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization details before submitting an order. KTD Collective is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer. Personalized, custom, and preorder items are final sale.

Shipping

Processing and shipping estimates are provided on each product page. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, shipping times are outside of our control.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including photographs, product designs, graphics, logos, and written content, is the property of KTD Collective and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KTD Collective shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
